Question: Discuss about the Management in Global Educational Environment. Answer: Skills are considered to be the most crucial element for an employee within the global environment. There are some of the crucial skills which are required to lead effectively within the concerned global environment (Himanshu Saxena, 2016). These are effective listening, sensing and observing. Listening is one of the most significant skill which helps in understanding the desired requirements and the needs of the concerned organization. In an organization, the employees need to understand the desired business process of the concerned firm as this will help in assisting the concerned customers of the firm with complete satisfaction. Lack of the desired imagination of the different experts working on the different organizations affects the desired execution of the business procedure of those particular firms. Listening to the desired issues as well as the queries of the employees along with the customers will help in increasing the desired efficiency of the concerned organization. As revealing my past experiences the skills matched in managing the firm but there is a crucial need to understand the necessities of the concerned clients of the concerned firm (Peter F. Drucker, 2005). As to be the successful leader or to achieve the desired goals of an organization it is very important to observe the different people and the activities of the competitors within the concerned market segments. The desired and the depth of observing people will help in taking the organization in the right direction. The leaders need to evaluate the desired roles of the concerned empl oyees within the workplace as this will help in increasing the skills of the employees and will enhance the efficiency of the concerned firm. There needs to desire sense of motivation within employees, as this will increase the desired efficiency of the workplace and will enhance the performance of the concerned employees. The cultural views of the respective colleagues of my office are quite different. They have their own personal conceptions and opinions ("The Global Educational Environment Within Global Management of Knowledge", 2011). Some of them agreed with the concepts of skills shortage whereas there are a few of the employee who believed that it is the crucial responsibility of the firm to make the employees trained regarding the execution of the business process in an effective and efficient manner. There are different motivational theories which help in providing the desired sense of motivation to the employees in order to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency as to increase the profitability of the firm. Collaboration in the working styles of the employees will provide the desired competitive advantage to the firm in increasing the profitability of the firm. The skill along with the desired knowledge of the employees enhances the overall performance of the concerned organization (Verbeke, Lehmann, Van Tulder, 2011). Effective means of the training will help to enhance the desired capabilities of the employees and this will help the firm in sustaining the global market segments. Macbeth Essay Macbeth Essay I am going to prove that in the play Macbeth, a symbol of blood is portrayed often(and with different meanings), and that it is a symbol that is developed until it is the dominating theme of the play towards the end of it. To begin with, I found the word "blood", or different forms of it forty-two times (ironically, the word fear is used forty-two times), with several other passages dealing with the symbol. Perhaps the best way to show how the symbol of blood changes throughout the play, is to follow the character changes in Macbeth. First he is a brave honoured soldier, but as the play progresses, he becomes a treacherous person who has become identified with death and bloodshed and shows his guilt in different forms. The first reference of blood is one of honour, and occurs when Duncan sees the injured sergeant and says "What bloody man is that?". This is symbolic of the brave fighter who been injured in a valiant battle for his country. In the next passage, in which the sergeant says "Which smok'd with bloody execution", he is referring to Macbeth's braveness in which his sword is covered in the hot blood of the enemy. After these few references to honour, the symbol of blood now changes to show a theme of treachery and treason. Lady Macbeth starts this off when she asks the spirits to "make thick my blood,". What she is saying by this, is that she wants to make herself insensitive and remorseless for the deeds which she is about to commit. Lady Macbeth knows that the evidence of blood is a treacherous symbol, and knows it will deflect the guilt from her and Macbeth to the servants when she says "smear the sleepy grooms with blood.", and "If he do bleed, I'll gild the faces of the grooms withal, for it must seem their guilt." When Banquo states "and question this most bloody piece of work," and Ross says "is't known who did this more than bloody deed?", they are both inquiring as to who performed the treacherous acts upon Duncan. When Macbeth is speaking about Malcolm and Donalbain, he refers to them as "bloody cousins" A final way, and perhaps the most vivid use of the symbol blood, is of the theme of guilt. First Macbeth hints at his guilt when he says "Will all great Neptune's ocean wash this blood clean from my hand?", meaning that he wondered if he would ever be able to forget the dastardly deed that he had committed. Then the ghost of Banquo, all gory, and bloody comes to haunt Macbeth at the banquet. The sight of apparitions represents his guilt for the murder of Banquo which he planned. Macbeth shows a bit of his guilt when he says "It is the bloody business which informs thus," he could not get the courage to say murder after he had killed Duncan, so he says this instead. Lady Macbeth shows the most vivid example of guilt using the symbol of blood in the scene in which she walks in her sleep. She says "Out damned spot! Out I say! One: two: why then 'tis time to do't: hell is murky. Fie, my lord, fie, a soldier, and afeard? What need we fear who knows it when none can call out power to account? Yet who would have thought the old man to have had so much blood in him?". This speech represents the fact that she cannot wipe the blood stains of Duncan off of her hands. It is ironic, that she says this, because right after the murder, when Macbeth was feeling guilty, she said "A little water clears us of this deed." When the doctor of the castle finds out about this sleepwalking, he tells Macbeth "As she is troubled with thick-coming fantasies,". What this means, is that Lady Macbeth is having fantasies or dreams that deal with blood. Macbeth knows in his mind that she is having troubles with her guilt, but does not say anything about it. Just before the ending of the play, Macbeth has Macduff at his mercy, and lets him go, because of his guilt. He shows that he is guilty, when he says "But get thee back, my soul is too much charg'd with blood of thine already.". Of which, Macduff replies, "I have no words, my voice is in my sword, thou bloodier villain than terms can give thee out." Synthesis Reaction Definition and Examples A synthesis reaction or direct combination reaction is one of the most common types of chemical reactions. In a synthesis reaction, two or more chemical species combine to form a more complex product. One way to think of synthesis reactions is that they are the reverse of a decomposition reaction. Synthesis Reaction Examples In the simplest synthesis reactions, two elements combine to form a binary compound (a compound made of two elements). The combination of iron and sulfur to form iron (II) sulfide is an example of a synthesis reaction: 8 Fe S8 Ã¢â â 8 FeS Another example of a synthesis reaction is the formation of potassium chloride from potassium and chlorine gas: 2K(s) Cl2(g) Ã¢â â 2KCl(s) As in these reactions, its common for a metal to react with a nonmetal. Another everyday example of a synthesis reaction is the reaction that forms hydrogen sulfate, a component of acid rain. Here, the sulfur oxide compound reacts with water to form a single product: SO3 (g) H2O (l) Ã¢â â H2SO4 (aq) So far, the reactions you have seen have only one product molecule on the right-hand side of the chemical equation. Be on the lookout for synthesis reactions with multiple products. A familiar example of a more complex synthesis reaction is the overall equation for photosynthesis: CO2 H2O Ã¢â â C6H12O6 O2 The glucose molecule is more complex than either carbon dioxide or water. Unfortunately, conflicts at work can lead to lot of problems like under performance, attrition, major strike etc.(Masters & Albright, 2002). Hence, conflict resolution is extremely important for smooth functioning of an organization. However, as conflict affects both the emotional, physiological and the psychological aspects of life, what is more important is to resolve a conflict in such a way that everyone involved should be happy and satisfied with the resolution. I had a chance to learn about conflict resolution during my group work. I found that working in a team is not an easy job. Being a part of team is not only a challenge to your creativity but is also a challenge to your social and emotional skills. Moreover, I realized that what happens in a group work affects your personal life also as you tend to carry home the emotions that you feel during the group work. We were four people in group. During our group work, we experienced conflict in many issues. We experienced conflict right from the beginning of the work as the schedule of the meeting in itself became a matter of conflict. There were only 4 days left for the presentation and we were not able to decide the time of meeting as one of the group member had to leave early. We tried to find a solution which was acceptable by everyone. Hence, we decided to meet at lunch time when every one of us was free. Later on, we had a difference of opinion regarding which videos to choose for the presentation. Two members wanted one video for presentation while I and other member were thinking of other video clip.
