Question: Discuss about the Management in Global Educational Environment. Answer: Skills are considered to be the most crucial element for an employee within the global environment. There are some of the crucial skills which are required to lead effectively within the concerned global environment (Himanshu Saxena, 2016). These are effective listening, sensing and observing. Listening is one of the most significant skill which helps in understanding the desired requirements and the needs of the concerned organization. In an organization, the employees need to understand the desired business process of the concerned firm as this will help in assisting the concerned customers of the firm with complete satisfaction. Lack of the desired imagination of the different experts working on the different organizations affects the desired execution of the business procedure of those particular firms. The CEO or the effective managers of the concerned organizations plays the most imperative role in enhancing the effectiveness of the entire firm (https://www.estrategia-javeriana .com/what-only-ceo-can-do.pdf, 2016). Listening to the desired issues as well as the queries of the employees along with the customers will help in increasing the desired efficiency of the concerned organization. If there is the lack of the listening process, then it results in providing dissatisfaction to the concerned employees as well as the customers of the organization. The next skills to lead effectively within the international market segments are the sensing of the effective execution of the concerned business as well as the work procedures of the concerned firm (Lee, 2010). The desired changing of the latest trends within the competitive market segments increases the desired level of the competition between the companies concerned. therefore, it is very crucial for any of the firms to sense the desired requirements of the concerned market segments as per the changing trends as this will help in providing the reliable services to all of the customers concerned. The customers preference needs to be identified and they need to satisfied with the desired satisfactory services they want as this will help in generating a large amount of the profits for the organization concerned. The pressure situation for the organization regarding the change in the market trends generates enormous pressure for the employees and this reduces the power of the employees associated with the firm. As revealing my past experiences the skills matched in managing the firm but there is a crucial need to understand the necessities of the concerned clients of the concerned firm (Peter F. Drucker, 2005). As to be the successful leader or to achieve the desired goals of an organization it is very important to observe the different people and the activities of the competitors within the concerned market segments. The desired and the depth of observing people will help in taking the organization in the right direction. The leaders need to evaluate the desired roles of the concerned empl oyees within the workplace as this will help in increasing the skills of the employees and will enhance the efficiency of the concerned firm. There needs to desire sense of motivation within employees, as this will increase the desired efficiency of the workplace and will enhance the performance of the concerned employees. The cultural views of the respective colleagues of my office are quite different. They have their own personal conceptions and opinions ("The Global Educational Environment Within Global Management of Knowledge", 2011). Some of them agreed with the concepts of skills shortage whereas there are a few of the employee who believed that it is the crucial responsibility of the firm to make the employees trained regarding the execution of the business process in an effective and efficient manner. There are different motivational theories which help in providing the desired sense of motivation to the employees in order to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency as to increase the profitability of the firm. Collaboration in the working styles of the employees will provide the desired competitive advantage to the firm in increasing the profitability of the firm. The skill along with the desired knowledge of the employees enhances the overall performance of the concerned organization (Verbeke, Lehmann, Van Tulder, 2011). Effective means of the training will help to enhance the desired capabilities of the employees and this will help the firm in sustaining the global market segments. The use of the effective communicational process critically increases the execution of the work within the firm increases the effectiveness of the association.
